Beaumont keep bringing us loveable tunes. With Parallax he wanted to try something new and put on mightier synth sounds, a more distinctive beat and an underlying bass throb. No wonder, you may think, as he named it after one of his favourite movies. I think he must be talking about the 1974 thriller The Parallax View starring Warren Beatty.
