Awesome remix by Justice! OMG it’s so good! I freaking love it! The beat is tight, the slap bass is dope and the chainsaw synths are sick! What can I say? They have done it AGAIN! Is there anything Justice can’t do right? I don’t think so. And if there is… I don’t wanna hear it.

Now that I got Hypem readers’ attention… please pay attention to this list. The names on it deserve it. I have not fooled anyone, I merely mislead some curious people on Hypem looking for good music, and here it is! Don’t be sad or angry or irritated! Be happy because these acts each and own are better than any Justice remix, trust me. I wouldn’t trade them for Thriller (Justice Remix). Ever!

Aeroplane

Coralcola

DVAS

Hammarin & Robin

Leonardus

Northern Portrait

Samantha James

Trash Yourself

The Vanish

Warpaint

Almost made the list:

  13. ilemuredyourmom on April 30th, 2009 at 21:56

I go to Hypem when I want good music recommendations. That’s Hypem’s job. When I click a song I expect it to exist.

All you have to do is post songs that exist and it takes care of the rest. So if you want to promote your bands, then post about them and if people like them they will become popular at Hypem.

You are wrecking the system, fuck you.

Hammarin & Robin’s first single “Lingering regret/Hells Know I’m In Love” took me with a blast. I’m glad that I live in the same city as them :)

My friend sent me this link in haste, exclaiming “Dude!”.

Then we started listening and he was like “Who the fuck is this. Doesnt sound like Thriller.”

“Goddamnit. This is the Golden Filter.”

    Not cool man. Not cool.

  29. Dan on May 1st, 2009 at 15:46

    Kudos, mank.

It terms of exposure, Hypem is a mixed blessing, but hugely frustrating in their predictability. Reminds me of NIN’s Strobelight prank.

  30. Ian on May 1st, 2009 at 16:43

    You, sir, are a wanker.

  31. Angelasarus Rex on May 2nd, 2009 at 21:30

Haha good job, love the bands. For people who complain about you ruining the “system”, they need to stop being so uptight. Use the system to say what you want to. Solid Gold is a sweet ass mix, thanks!

  32. DJ HLM on May 3rd, 2009 at 18:43

This is almost as depressing as the day (my 15th birthday) my parents told me santa wasn’t real

  33. Marko on May 4th, 2009 at 06:31

Nice work, even one of your favorite bands hates you: “Dear Lemur. Why use us for your terribly tacky joke? Not impressed…” (from http://twitter.com/thegoldenfilter)

  34. Kenny on May 14th, 2009 at 17:29

Nice one! Marketing scams have been going on since I was a wee kid in the 80ies. Hope this got the attention you needed. The track sure deserves it.
