The one song to give me real springtime feeling right now is Mark Ronson’s genius hookup with Amy Drughouse. Beerhut. Whatever. The cover of indie rock band The Zutons‘ 2006 single Valerie was turned into a timeless song, in that  sense that it would fit just as good 40 years ago as it does now. Just a little updated basslines for that retro-ish unelectronic dancefloor compatibility and the hit was a fact! Wunderbar! I’m feeling lyrical!
