I missed Aeroplane visiting Sweden for a gig tonight just because of a stupid age limit of 20 at Hornstull Strand. When will artists and concert venues realize the purchasing power of youths with a relatively free disposable income in the ages 15-19? Hellooo? We exist too! We appreciate the music more than you old boozing drunkards do!

It’s more profitable, or at least this is what they think. Minors can’t buy alcohol, which makes the main revenue. 18 - 19 yos can’t buy alcohol because they don’t have the money, and generally speaking people don’t want to go to places full of teens.
