The Energies is the one-man band who’s only song to date, Born Again Runner, was remixed by no others than Lifelike AND Fred Falke - a double trouble remix sandwich some artists could only dream about being involved with. Now it’s time to get pumped for Nick Nicola’s (a.k.a. The Energies) debut album to be released soon! And we do it with two new additional names who are also some of the remix economies most sought after. Linus Loves and Tom Neville have now put their touch to the little blog hit which has so far only received attention through its remixes and hence proved the power of choosing the right remixers for the right songs. The debut single  Born Again Runner is a deftly energizing little pop pill that gathers much of its atmospherical momentum from the repeated line “Keep on running / Make it better“. Look out for this British lad’s debut album, I think it might be something well worth checking out.
