I know Junior is released today but apparently it isn’t released in Sweden until the 25th. That’s when the ordered limited edition arrives in my mailbox anyway. So I’m a little bummed that I have to wait another two days, which on the other hand should be no problem considering I’ve already waited (correction: counted down, but waited for much longer!) 23 days for it. Expect a review here and on Consequence Of Sound on the 26th after I’ve got a chance to listen to it a few times!

Also I’m bummed that my two guest writers, Vincent and Sofia, both managed to space on the date and fail to hand in a single darn post to me yesterday. They would probably be the two worst bloggers in the world if not being able to produce one single little post with a few standard words in a whole week. Big reprimand to them! I shall have them do the deuce this coming Sunday! I apologise for my unexperienced blogging apprentices. Geeesh!

Now that I’ve got that off my back have a quite rare Röyksopp track! As you can see it’s their own remix of Poor Leno and is off the Poor Leno Promo Single from 2001. Some of you may recognize it as Poor Leno (Istanbul Forever Take), a name I think alludes to the fact that it was an instrumental version they played and recorded live in Istanbul. The Istanbul Forever Take can also be heard on their only live album so far: Röyksopp’s Night Out. But on the promo single it appears as (Röyksopp Remix) and is NOT recorded live but in a more controlled and coherent fashion than the instumental alternative house blast that it sounds like live. But do I need to say it’s awesome? It’s Röyk fucking sopp.
